Rochester NY: G. Peter VanCola, June 8, 2016, age 92—He was predeceased by his brother, Joseph and wives, Marie and Jacki. He is survived by a sister, Lynn Church of Long Island; sons, Gary P. (Carol) of Lakeland FL, P. Jeffrey (Michelle); daughters, Amy E. (Steve) Celuch of Madison, AL, Jennifer L. (Tim) Wainwright, and Cynthia (Jim) Barron of Brooklyn, NY; 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; dear friend, Elaine VanCola; “old” friend, Eugene LaBue, Esquire; and many nieces and nephews.
Mr. VanCola was a WW-2 Army Air Force Veteran and a lifetime member of D.A.V. Peter owned and ran the Bristol Custom Shirt Co. prior to his 37 years at the Rio Bamba Restaurant, retiring in 1987.   “I would like to express my sincere thanks to all for having been able to touch a part of your lives in my lifetime. I’m sorry I have to leave you (Gone but not forgotten).” Peter
