Barry is predeceased by his mother Hazel, Father Allison, Sister Charlotte, Brothers Al & Fred.
Barry is survived by his wonderful Wife Debbie Kibbe; Son Patrick Distefano; Stepdaughter Gina (Andy) Dodgson; Stepsons Michael DiStefano, Steven (Carla) Battoglia, Robert (Jen) Battoglia; Sisters Hazel (Dave), Carol, Diane (Ken), Muriel; Brothers Richard (Debbie), Art (Karen); Many Nieces and Nephews and Great Nieces and Nephews; other loving family and so many loving Friends.
Barry enjoyed making us laugh, spending time with family and friends and his favorite activity of all were his camping adventures. Barry also enjoyed being at home, sitting in his chair and snuggling with his 2 kitties Lucky & Nola.
Barry was deeply loved and will be missed. Thank you to all friends and family who have supported him and his family during this difficult time.
Barry did not want a service of any kind. Instead, we will be celebrating his life with a gathering on Saturday, November 7th at Northhampton Park Ski Lodge at 304 Salmon Creek Rd, Brockport, NY 14420. Please join us anytime between 2pm and 7pm. We will have sandwiches, snacks and beverages available. Masks will be required when you’re not seated. Bring photos to share if you have any, tell us great stories and let’s celebrate this great Man.
Just found out about Barry, I parked in the lot he worked at and enjoyed talking to him each day. He was also very pleasant and had some good stories at time. Will miss him
