Chad is predeceased by grandparents, Joanne and Raymond King of Henrietta, NY and Mary Alice Reome and Robert W. Moody of Saranac Lake, NY.
Chad is survived by loving parents, Penny Smith-Moody and Michael Moody of Rush, NY. Chad also leaves behind the loves of his life, Emily Woolaver, and son Liam Moody of Rush, NY; Brother Jason Smith (Milly) of Henrietta, NY; Sister-Shannon Smith-Scott (Matt) of Penfield, NY; Brother Michael Moody Jr. (Frankie) of Litchfield Connecticut; Sister Shawna Romeo of Rush, NY; Brother Adam Smith (Erin) of Lima, NY. Chad also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephew, and his beloved dog Sarge.
Chad attended and graduated from Rush Henrietta Schools. Chad worked in the restaurant and construction industry in Rush and also the Adirondack region. Chad enjoyed spending time with his family, Holidays, New Hampshire, and any activities outdoors. He was the youngest of 6 kids in a blended family. Chad was a kind, generous, caring man who struggled with Addiction and lost. Our hearts are breaking as we lay him to rest in peace from this world.
