Rush, NY: Passed away on 01/05/21 peacefully, after a five year battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his family and close friends.
He is predeceased by his parents Charles V. Sr and Evelyn B Russo, his brothers Charles V Jr. and Jack Russo.
He leaves behind his sisters Charlene Miles and Valerie (Joseph) Thompson and Special cousin/caregiver Carol Salvaggio, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Please remember Sammy for his sense of humor, his love for fishing and his love for his family and friends.
Due to Covid there will be no services at this time. The Family will be scheduling a mass and a remembrance for Sammy at a later date when we can all gather together.
