His grandchildren: Stephanie (Brendan) Halbohm, Timothy Aselin, Marissa Smartt, Matthew Harris, Mitchell Peterson, Nathan Cooley, Amanda (Jason) Mancini, Leah (Michael) Gemmati, Grace Bellanca and Zoe Bellanca. Great grandchildren: Benjamin and Anna Gemmati. His nieces: Kerry (Sean) Purcio Kanada and Amy Purcio.
Thomas was retired from Kodak and active member of FLLS Train club in Lyons, NY. Family was the most important thing to him and always came first from being a protective big brother to his sister and brother, a caring and responsible son, a devoted husband, a loving father and being the kind of papa that was like a best friend. He always looked at the beauty in the world and although he was a man of few words when he did have something to say it was always positive. Tom was a gentleman in every sense of the word. He had more love to give than his body could hold and will be greatly missed by so many.
A memorial to celebrate Tom’s life will be held on Sunday May 23rd at 1:00 pm at Mertensia Park in Farmington, NY. Please check Tom Aselin’s Facebook page for updates regarding memorial and to share your memories and photos of Tom.
Our deepest condolences to the Aselin family. Being friends with Melissa has shown us what a caring dad he was to his family. May Thomas rest in peace.

Our deepest condolences to your family , prayers for you and your family during this difficult time .
Our deepest condolences to Carol and the family. Lew met Tom at Kodak and of course they shared the model railroad hobby. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time.
I worked with Tom for several years at Kodak. He was a great man to work with. He never missed a morning get together or a Bldg.29 picnic.
You will be missed my friend, by many,
My prayers are for the family that they be given peace and comfort at this difficult time.
God Bless you all.
