Kathy passed away peacefully on April 7, 2021 at the age of 59. Predeceased by her father, Richard Panek and her mother, Dorothy Malinowski.
Kathy is survived by her children: Nicholas (Autumn) Wehrlin, Billy (Jennifer) Pauly. Her seven grandchildren Madison and Kyle Wehrlin, Bryn, Gabriela, Caleb, Re’Nyhia, Romeo Pauly, and her great grandson Kayden Pauly. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters, several nieces, nephews, friends and her loving companion Joe Salerno.
Kathy had a passion for horses, owning and caring for many throughout her life. She loved the Adirondacks, boating, the fall season and spending time with her loved ones.
A celebration of her life will be held in May, details from her family will be shared at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Vincent House in Wayland NY.
I knew Kathy when she lived in Cohocton. She was a loving and cheerful person. I did get a chance to give her a hug and wish her the best. It was sad saying goodbye. Cheryl Scott
