Arleen F Abdo, formerly of Olean, NY, Greece, NY and Stuart, FL passed away on November 2, 2020 at Hamilton Manor in Greece at the age of 102.
Arleen was born on July 13, 1918 in Salamanca, NY and was a daughter of Eugene and Rose Frost. She was a graduate of Little Valley High School and worked as a nanny in Olean where she met Albert J Abdo. The couple was married on March 28, 1940 and spent 64 years together until April 30, 2004 when Albert died.
Arleen always had a comforting smile, an active sense of humor and a welcoming spirit. She enjoyed flower gardening, card playing and caring for her 7 children. She was an expert cook and baker and mastered Lebanese recipes. She genuinely enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Besides her husband, Albert, Arleen was predeceased by her infant son William and her daughter Judith R Edel of Hamburg, NY. She is survived by her sons: Albert J Abdo Jr (Kathleen)of Rushford, NY and Alan F Abdo (Donna Heiler) of Greece, NY. Also surviving are Arleen’s daughters: Patricia A Jusko of Honeoye Falls, NY, Lori A Miller (Bill) Ft Pierce, FL, Antoinette M Whelpton (Garrett) Scottsville, NY, and Christina Mastrella Irondequoit, NY. She leaves behind many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life Saturday June 26th 12noon-2pm at Arndt Funeral Home, 1118 Long Pond Road (south of Maiden Lane). Service in the Chapel at 12:30pm.
