John S. Smith Jr, of Rochester, NY, passed away on October 14, 2021, at the age of 62. He is predeceased by his sister, Sheron DeMetsenaere; his brother, Guy Richard Forgue and his late brother, Frank Forgue. He is survived by his sister, Debbie; brother, James T Forgue and his son, James R Eckelburgur, of Oregon; his girlfriend of 24 years, Ellen A Peters; many friends and family.
John had a long battle with diabetes, High Blood Pressure and Kidney Disease. John was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan and WWE wrestling fan.
Friends and family may call at Rochester Cremation, 1118 Long Pond Road Greece, NY 14626 on Friday November 12th from 1-3pm. A memorial service will be held at 3pm for all those wishing to attend.
