Cindy passed away peacefully on April 15, 2022 at the age of 84. Pre-deceased by her parents Gerald and Ann Rubenstein. Survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Frank Morrell, and adoring family. Children; Andy (Bonnie) Morrell, Steven (Deborah) Morrell, Melinda (Larry) Patton, grandchildren; Bryan (Lindsey) Cooksey, Tamika Foster, Phillip (Luke) Foster, Mitchell (Toni) Louis, great-grandchildren; Mikayla Sengle and Jesiah Louis.
