ROCHESTER, NY – July 8, 2022 at age 71. Richard is predeceased by his wife Joyce Roe, parents Elmer G. and Genevieve (Chrisler) Roe, brother Elmer Roe Jr., sister Viola G. Walden (Pat Manioci), sister Beverly J Kowalewski (William), sister Margaret Casel (Larry). He is survived by daughter Shannon Roe, daughter Amy Johnson (James), son Richard Brown, daughter Lisa Roe (Randy Vancott), son Timothy Roe (Amanda), brother John Roe, many grand-children, great grand-children, nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
Richard is a veteran of the United States Air Force who served during Vietnam.
A graveside service will be held Friday July 15, 2022 at 10 am at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in the Veteran’s section (South55) with a celebration of life to follow immediately after the service. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to Lap Robes for Veterans or any Veteran’s service in Richard’s memory.
