Peacefully passed on September 10th, 2022 surrounded by his family and friends at age 58. Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Mary Fagan and loving niece Amanda Fagan. Our beloved Father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend is survived by the mother of his children and friend for life Noelle Fagan, his sons Joshua and Timothy Fagan, daughter Jessica (Aaron) Klippel, and granddaughter Lila. Also survived by his siblings Margaret Fagan, Andrew (Wendy) Fagan and Kate (Phil) Linden.
Joe’s love of his family, friends and God was infinite. His greatest gift in life was his granddaughter who shared many adventures and dance parties with her “Pop pop.” Joe rarely took time for himself but when he did it was spent on “Camp Paradise”, Thursday golf, euchre nights, and the Buffalo Bills.
A funeral mass will be held at St. John of Rochester in Fairport, NY on September 19th at 1:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Special Needs Boy Scouts: Troop 26 Fairport at 3502 Baker rd. Walworth, NY 14568.
My condolences to the family. Joe was an amazing human being and he will be dearly missed.
I will miss our poker nights.

Joe you were a brother to me. The monopoly games in the garage on gaslight, taking me under your wing at Aquinas. I want you to soar with the Angels and play Euchre with Gert, Mary, Big Joe, Bernie and Charlene. Mine and Cary’s heart today and I will never forget your love and friendship! Be free my Brother!
Our condolences to Joe’s family: daughter Jessica, husband Aaron, and granddaughter Lila; sons Josh and Tim and especially to Noelle Fagan, who stood by Joe until his final journey. Joe was a personable guy who had a great sense of humor and deep fondness for his children. I’ll always remember the courtesy he showed to me during our visits. May he rest in peace.
Thanks Dad! This is such a great tribute. Love you and Anna !
