Linda was “sweet” with a “heart” to match! Worked with her at the Forsyth law office in the 90ies.. All the girls in our dept would get together at her house on Meigs St and have lunch on her “porch”. She wld always keep us posted on her Daughter, Holly and Son
Andy doing!
Sorry for your loss as it was a joy knowing and having Linda in my dept and all of our lives at that time.
Sincere condolences…
I remember walking down Cayuga Street as a young boy going to school. I passed a kind old couple who sat on their porch almost daily and greeted me with a smile and good morning. Little did I know that their granddaughter would become a childhood friend. Linda was her mother. I enjoyed many childhood memories at their home on Pembroke Street with Lisa Holly and Andrew. Eventually Walt and Virginia Seegler treated me like one of their own grandchildren. Lisa was a big part of my teenage and adolescent years until she left us early. I miss Walt and Virginia. I miss Lisa. I remember sitting with Linda recently on that same porch on Cayuga Street reminiscing about my wonderful memories of youth and how she and her family were such a big part of my life in my youth.
Linda I will miss you and while you left us too soon. You will live on in my heart and memories. Thanks for loving me like one of your own. May the Lord greet you at the pearly gates and give everyone a hug for me.
I am so very sorry to hear of Linda’s passing.
I have known Linda most of my life and have many fond memories of her. She was my favorite Girl Scout Leader growing up and she spoiled me during those amazing years. Even though we didn’t keep in touch on a regular basis, we would connect occasionally. RIP my beautiful friend. I will always have a special place in my heart for you. I love you!!
