James W. Friedel of Fairport, NY formerly New Jersey passed away peacefully on March 26,2023 at Hildebrandt Hospice Center.
The last decade of Jim’s life was spent residing in upstate NY. The latest chapter in Jim’ life brought him to Aaron Manor Nursing home. During his stay there he made many new friends and enjoyed the company of all the residents, visitors and staff. Jim retired from the Lodi Police Department in 1989. He enjoyed spending time with animals and had a beloved dog “Bear”.
James is survived by his sons Blaise (Gina) Friedel and Wade (Annalise) Friedel and granddaughters. He also leaves behind dear friend Stacy Wilson.
