Terry’s biggest passions in life were his family and his love for music, especially playing the organ. He played from the time he was young until he couldn’t play anymore due to his illness. Terry loved to play or teach others how to play. He would give lessons to people who just purchased a digital piano or an organ from his store, or he would give group lessons and put on concerts in the store. In the past Terry also played in local restaurants for entertainment during dinners.
Terry was a great family man and a loving father. From all the little league baseball games to both girl scouts and boy scouts, dance lessons, football games, and teaching his kids and step kids how to drive, to all the numerous camping trips. Family always came first.
Please join us in celebrating Terry’s life on June 30th @2:00 at the West Bloomfield Congregational Church. There will be a service and gathering afterwards for drinks, snacks and good memories and conversations. In lieu of gifts or flowers, please consider making a donation to either the American Stroke Association or the Eastman School of Music.
Annette and family I am so sorry for your loss. And I never had the opportunity to meet Terry but the way you spoke of him and your children he must’ve been amazing. My thoughts and prayers are with you all Kathy Lusk.
