Rochester Cremation - Simple Cremation

Canandaigua: December 11, 2015 at age 93.  Predeceased by her husband, Walter Kipke. Survived by daughters, Petra Kipke & Debby Trillaud; grandcjhildren, Emily & Jeremy Trillaud; sisters, Margarete Hinsch & Erika Saulnier; nephews, Billy Hinsch, Steven Goebel (Patti), and Michael Goebel (Sun) and a niece and nephews in Germany. Emilie was an expert seamstress at the Lita Shop in Brighton and retires to Bristol many years ago.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity in her memory.

Emilie’s Memorial Service will be held at 11:30 am on Wednesday December 23rd, Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School Memorial Chapel, 1100 S. Goodman Street, Rochester,  NY 14620 (Across from Highland Park {Lilac Festival}).

    Dear Petra and Debbie, So sorry to hear of your mother’s passing; she was such a lovely lady–she and your Dad were such wonderful neighbors always making me feel welcomed into your lovely home on Benton St. and sharing similar memories of years gone by. We shared Christmas cards and letters over the years that I will miss. I feel very blessed to have known your Mom and Dad.

    I am so sorry for your loss.

    Emilie was a special lady, and I am so glad that I was able to get to know her in the last several months. I enjoyed my visits with her. She was a smart woman with a zest for life. She will truly be missed by those who had the opportunity of knowing her.
