Toledo, Ohio: Passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 9, 2016 at the age of 96. Don was preceded in death by his wife, Doris, and survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Don attended Norwalk High School and Toledo University, and worked at Libby Owens Ford for four decades. He was an avid bridge player, fisherman, pheasant hunter, and gardener. His optimism and humor filled the hearts of his family and friends. He is a proud Veteran of the United States Army.

I worked with Don at LOF in the early 80’s (long time ago) but I never forgot him. He was a good teacher and always patient with my many questions. He was old school and always made me laugh. AND he loved to fish!
