In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. (1 Thessalonians 5:18).
We are so grateful for all of the time
we spent together with him,
his lasting legacy of faith in God,
love and family
and the wonderful memories we have to cherish!
To God be the glory!
Dear Goodnoughs, so saddenened to hear of Phil’s death, yet rejoicing he is in the presence of Jesus! Happy memories of the youth Bible study in his and Nancy’s home way back in the mid-70’s! My thoughts and prayers are with Nancy and all the family.
To all the Goodnough family, I’m so sorry to hear this news of your great loss. My immediate thoughts, like Jane’s, are of the youth group meeting in the huge sittingroom in Skinner Hill and how welcome we always, always were there. I’m praying for you all and wish I could be with you on Thursday to celebrate a life well lived in Christ Jesus.
He was a FUN guy. The Joy of Jesus was ever apparent in his life. I’m sure that he will be greatly missed by his family, but he is presently singing praises to his Savior!
Nancy,
So sorry to learn of your lost of Phil. I extend my
deep and heartfelt sympathy to you and your family. My thoughts and prayer are with you.
Sincere Sympathy,
Betty McDougal
