Rochester NY: July 18, 2016. Clifton L. Smith A.K.A. “Man” at age 50. Cliff was a truck diver and loved it. He was a hard working man, strong and ready for anything, he always took care of his wife and family. Cliff was strong as can be; and even with being sick it didn’t stop him. He was loved by many and will be truly missed. In his spare time, Cliff enjoyed Football (San Fran 49ers), cooking, hunting, fishing, dipping tobacco, was good at blue prints and building machines.
He is predeceased by his parents, Leroy Smith & Ernestine Smith. Cliff is survived by his wife, Sandra A. Ortiz Smith; children, Cliftonian Lezar Wilson (son) Franchon Wilson (daughter in-law), Joshua Z. Smith (son), Elizabeth Rodriguez (daughter) Ian Ruiz (son in-law), Israel H. Rodriguez (son); grandchildren, Ariel Wilson, Eliseo Mercado III, Ian Ruiz Jr., Brielle Rodriguez, Giovanni Lao; siblings, Lillian S. Marshall (sister) Thomas Jones (brother) all of Crystal Springs Mississippi and a host of many more.
A Celebration of Clifton’s Life will be held at the Carmen Clark Lodge, 777 Westfall Road, Rochester N.Y. 14620 by S. Clinton on August 2, 2016 starting @ 5:30 P.M.
