Rochester NY: October 27,1940 – November 6,2016. Passed peacefully after a brave six year battle with cancer. Predeceased by his loving wife of 45 years Maureen (Spencer). Survived by his children, Beth Smith and husband Vinny, Shannon Lindsay,Dale Lindsay ll and wife Michele. His grandsons Alex and Nate, Spencer, and Anthony, Christopher and Cameron. His late brother Gene and wife Marie Lindsay, brothers Dennis and wife Jo Lindsay, Kevin and wife Laurie Lindsay. Many nieces and nephews.Loved by all, Dale was a dedicated Senior Energy Services Consultant at Power Management for many years. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting and fishing. He loved boating with Maureen and his children and grandchildren and lived many summers on Seneca Lake as well as Sodus Bay. He was a member of the Street Machines of Rochester car club and enjoyed customizing his 1923 Ford T-Bucket.He also loved participating in and attending car shows of which he won many trophies and made many friends.There will be a Mass celebrating his life on Sunday November 13, @2:00 pm at the Allen Chapel in the Schmitt Interfaith Center at RIT, 40 Lomb Drive Rochester, NY 14623. You may park in lot D.In lieu of flowers please consider thoughts and prayers or a donation to the RIT Newman Catholic Community where Dale and Maureen were members for 30 years.
