Geneseo, NY –  It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Kathy M. Malloy. She was just 56 years old. Kathy passed on her birthday at Hildebrant Hospice Care Center on Tuesday May 15, 2018 with family by her side.

She is predeceased by both her parents Carl and Marge Hill and her Daughter Danielle Malloy.

Kathy is survived by her three children Shayna Malloy(John Medrano), Steven Malloy, and Ryan Price. She was a devoted grandmother to her two grandchildren Morgan and Carter Medrano. Kathy is survived by her loving fiancé Chris Redick. She also left behind five siblings Cindy Visbaras (Kirk Fulton), Denise Cartwright (Lavergne), Carl Hill (Michele), Mary Prosser (Craig Voss), Sharon Cossette (Mike).

We invite everyone who knew Kathy to join us on Sunday May 27 at 2pm for a celebration of her life. It will be held at the Genesee Valley Moose Lodge 5375 W Henrietta Road, West Henrietta NY 14586 (with food and drinks to follow). We all know how much Kathy loved a good party so please come and share some of the great memories with family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to Hildebrant Hospice Care Center. The staff went above and beyond with extraordinary care to make sure Kathy and all of the family were comfortable during the tough times.

    I’m so sorry for your loss. Kathy was a great lady. One of my favorites from camp. She was easy going and so friendly. I enjoyed hanging around with her . R.I.P LADY

    Will always miss the summer nights sitting at the fire pit and laughing along with you. Our Halloweens with the boys were awesome too! Il will always love and miss you too! Thanks Kath for the wonderful memories! You truly were a blessing for all of us.

    Wow….can’t believe you’re doing this again!!!! Why is it when you find someone to share your life, they always seem to leave you. I’m not talking just about your significant others, but your family too!!!!I’m so, so sorry. Be strong, I know you can.
