Niagara Falls, NY: January 28, 2019. William “Bill” Miller, 86 of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away quietly with family by his side. Born in Niagara Falls, New York to Ruth and William Miller he graduated from LaSalle HighSchool in Niagara Falls. After serving in the Navy on the U.S.S. Putnam he worked for Airco Speer and then General Electric in Syracuse. He led a full life. He loved to hunt, fish, camp, motorcycle, snow and water ski, boat and scuba dive. He was a Boy Scout leader for many years which allowed him to share his love of nature with many. He was a loving husband, son, brother, uncle, father and grandfather.
He leaves behind his loving wife, of 64 years Lois Miller; sister, Gloria Rawson; sons Keith Miller (Jane), Dale Miller (Kathy) ; daughter, Donna Miller, 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and his nieces and nephews.
The Memorial Service for William Miller will be held on Saturday March 2nd at 1:00pm in the All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Road, Pittsford, NY 14534. There will be a service followed by a reception with light refreshments.
