Kelley Rose Richardt, 44 a beloved aunt, great-aunt, niece, cousin and friend passed away on March 1st, 2019 at Rochester General Hospital. Kelley was born in Madison, WI in 1974 to Joseph Richardt and Darlene Richardt (Hutter). The younger sibling of 2. Older brother being Duane Hutter.
Kelley was very active in sports all the way back to high school where she liked to play Volleyball. In college she enjoyed playing softball. She also played hockey for a couple of years. She was co-owner of the Rockford Riveters team based out of Rockford, Illinois. Kelley loved volunteering for the ACT AIDs ride in Wisconsin and did so for 3 years, she even served on the Coordinating committee for 2 years. She was also a member of the Madison Capitol Pride Organization. Kelley graduated Blackhawk Technical College with a degree in Human Resources Management in 2017. Later that year Kelley moved to New York to be with her 2 nieces Carrie and Kailee and her 2 Great-nephews Jakson and Barrett. Kelley was an avid animal lover, had a heart of gold, loved a good joke or a good dose of sarcasm and was one of the most stubborn people there ever was. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her nieces Carrie (Curtis) Conklin and Kailee McCormick, and her Great-nephews Jakson and Barrett Conklin. She was preceded in death by her father and mother Joseph and Darlene Richardt and her brother Duane Hutter.
A celebration of life event will be held from 12 pm to 3 pm at Kelley’s niece’s house on Saturday the 9th 2019.
I am so sorry that Kelly left this Earth at such a young age. I played softball with her my freshman year and graduated from Madison East together. Thoughts and prayers for her family.
