Greece, NY: July 20, 2019. William Letky III died July 20, 2019 at St. John’s Home. His Mother, Betty Staffieri, his best friend, Phil Scott, and his favorite cat, Fuzzy predeceased William. William was an Eagle Scout and he served in the army. He worked at the Genesee Valley Club for many years. It was during this time that he became a sommelier. William was a serious collector of Marilyn Monroe keepsakes. He loved caring for his home and garden. He adored his pets.
A memorial service and funeral mass will be September 18, 2019 at 10 AM at St. Jude’s Church located at 4100 Lyell Rd, Rochester, NY 14606. Refreshments will be provided after the mass at St. Jude’s Church.
Billy was a good friend, I’ll miss him and he will always be in my heart. Billy you are with Phil finally, my God be with you my friend.
