Victor, NY: Saturday September 7, 2019 at age 87. Predeceased by twin sister Martha Thom. Survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Valerie; children Judith (Michael) Carey, Lee, John Jr., and Anne (Kevin) Dolan; eight grandchildren and a great granddaughter.
John served as Henrietta Town Justice for 12 years and worked at Taylor Instrument many years.
Per John’s wishes there will be a private family service. Contributions may be made in John’s memory to the American Cancer Society or The Diabetes Association.
John and his sister, Martha, were the first persons my age that I met when my family moved from NYC to Fowlerville in 1947. We became the best of friends and have kept in touch all these many years. I will always cherish the memories of the good times we had together. Rest in peace, John.
