Fairport: July 10, 2015 at age 67. After a long and courageous battle against cancer. Predeceased by his parents and sister, Patricia. He is survived by his loving wife, Marcia; his son, Scott Furey; his daughter, Jennifer Molisani; son-in-law, Paul Molisani; step-sons, Matthew Zicari and Mark Zicari; grandchildren, James N. Furey, Autumn Molisani and Sophia Rivera; brother, William Swatsworth; sister-in-law, Roxie Swatsworth; sister, Sharon Lowie; brother-in-law, James Lowie; former daughter-in-law, Rebecca Bisio; many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews and friends.
Jim was an avid golfer and trap shooter, who loved spending time with his family and friends. He is a proud Veteran of the United States Navy and is the recipient of a Purple Heart.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
Jim’s Visitation will be held Thursday, July 16th 1-4 P.M. at White Haven Memorial Park, All Seasons Chapel, 210 Marsh Road. His Celebration of Life will be Friday, July 17th 10 A.M. at All Seasons Chapel with Military Honors. Interment will be held privately.
