Barbara Roman

Barbara Jean Roman, 75, left us peacefully from her apartment at 4:45 pm on Sunday, March 16, surrounded by some of her caring staff at Elder One.

She was preceded by her sister Mary Lou Turnbull and brother William Peter Benedict. Barbara is survived by her children Heather Blake, Peter Roman, and Elizabeth Roman, her grandchildren Zechariah, Samantha, Blaize, Josiah, and Xavier, sister-in-law Barbara Benedict and many nieces and nephews.

Barbara was born on February 6th, 1950 to the late William Peter Benedict and Ruth Helen Terhume in Walton, NY. Barbara graduated from U of R with a bachelor’s in psychology which she obtained in 1995. She will be remembered for her smile and sweet spirit.

A service will be given to celebrate Barbara’s life on Saturday, April 26 at 10 am in Webster at Calvary Chapel 770 Basket Road.
