Greece NY: Age 51, passed away peacefully early Wednesday morning 10/26/2016 at the Isaiah House in Rochester, NY after a long battle with ovarian cancer. She was surrounded by her children and family members that Beth held close to her heart. Beth fought courageously since she was diagnosed in May 2014, but especially so these last 6 weeks. She inspired so many to stay positive and live life to the fullest. Beth was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, cousin and friend. She enjoyed thrifting, garage sale-ing, camping, bingo and the casino. She also loved to pay it forward and actively participated in “Bonnie Boxes of Love,” which benefited cancer patients and brought them comfort as they underwent their chemo treatment. Beth’s friends and family plan to honor Beth by keeping this tradition ongoing.
Beth will be greatly missed by her five children, Erin Niedermaier, Gabrielle Vincentini, Nicole Vincentini (Wesley Cook), John Michael Vincentini and Mitchell Vincentini. Grandchildren Lyla and Ethan Niedermaier, Colton and Hadley Cook.
