Rochester, N.Y. September 18, 2021 at the age of 88.
Charles is predeceased by his wife of 46 years, Rose Marie and his daughter, Christine.
He is survived by sons Mark (Nancy Mckeon) and Steve (Sue), daughters Mary (Frank) Battaglia, Virginia (William) Quinn, and Charlene, along with 9 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. Charles is also survived by his two sisters, Shirley Vella and Beverly Thompson
After being widowed, Charles was lucky to have had Joan Hutchings for the last twenty years to find joy and love again. He is also survived by many loving family and friends.
Charles retired from Eastman Kodak/Digital Company in 1996. He was an avid golfer, who had a hole in one on hole number 3 at Braemar Country Club, and an enthusiastic Buffalo Bills fan.
Charles is a veteran of the United States Army during the Korean War.

Charles’ Visitation will be held on Thursday September 23, 2021 from 2-4pm with a service following from 4-5 pm. at Arndt Funeral Home, 1118 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14626.
