Greece, NY: Craig Howard Duncan, Ph.D., of Greece, New York, passed away at age 69 on June 2, 2019. He died in peace and comfort in hospice care after having received a diagnosis of pancreatic cancer in March 2019.
Craig was born in Kent, Ohio on January 17th, 1950. He obtained a Ph.D in Biochemistry from the University of Rochester. After working as a research scientist at the U of R, Craig finished his career at Rochester Software Associates.
He was private but kind, someone who never thought twice about helping family, friends, or neighbors. Craig was a regular attendee of St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Greece. In his retirement, he spent time playing bridge and doing volunteer work for his church. Nothing gave Craig more joy than his two children, Elsie and Curtis, and his two grandchildren, Leo and Lana.
A private memorial will be held in his honor.
