Debra K. Peskor, 62, of Rochester passed away suddenly on Friday, June 29 th , 2018 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. She was born in Ripley, West Virginia on August 17 th , 1955 to the late Frederick Dana Wolfe (father) and Janet Schaumloeffel (mother). The family moved to the Rochester area when Debi was 8 years old. She is a 1973 graduate of Monroe High School.
Debi was an amazing woman who always put everyone else’s needs before her own. She loved to compete and volunteer at equestrian events, which was her passion. She owned horses and enjoyed riding them no matter what the weather conditions. She loved all animals and also owned two dogs, “Caedon” and “Boma.” Debi enjoyed traveling the world and visited many places. She loved to cook and spend time with her family. She was always ready to try a new restaurant with her boyfriend Don, to babysit her grandson Luke and loved to host family gatherings. She enjoyed her job at LSI Solutions and her coworkers always spoke very highly of her. She was loved by everyone she knew and she will be very missed.
Debi is survived by her loving boyfriend of 2 years Don Gay, son Eric (Jamie) Peskor, son Kirk Peskor, brother Michael Wolfe, sister-in-law Donna Wolfe, brother David (Andrea) Snyder, brother and sister-in-law Gary and Carlene Gay, nephews Chris (Sarah) Wolfe, Nick (Kathlin) Wolfe and Greyson Snyder, grandson Luke Peskor, great nephews Jacob and James Wolfe, along with many loving friends.
Friends and family are invited to gather for a Celebration of Life on Saturday, July 7 th from 2pm – 5pm at 25 Locust Hill Drive, Rochester, NY 14618.
