Dennis Daniel Estruch (1957-2025)
Dennis Daniel Estruch, age 67, of Mt. Morris, NY, passed away on January 23rd, 2025 at his home. He was born in Warsaw, NY, on October 5th, 1957, to James Estruch and Josephine Zingaro.
Dennis was a lifelong resident of Mt. Morris and was well-known in the community as the proud owner of Fred’s Tavern, which he owned & operated for over a decade. His friendly smile, warm hospitality, and love for his family and customers made the tavern a cherished place for many. Whether he was behind the bar, engaging in conversation, or sharing his passion for the New York Yankees, Dennis’s presence was felt by all who knew him.
Dennis cherished his children and grandchildren above all else. They were the light of his life, and he took great pride in their accomplishments and happiness. His love and commitment to his family will remain a guiding force for all who were fortunate to have known him.
Dennis is survived by his children, Travis Sloan-Estruch, Gracyn Khan (John) & Parker Estruch (Noah), his grandchildren Hadlee and Luka, siblings, Donna Jo Land, James Estruch (Toni Sue), Mark Estruch (Mary), Paula DiMauro & brother in law Anthony Palmieri, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, James and Josephine as well as his dear sister Diana Palmieri.
