Frannie passed away on October 2, 2023, aged 77; after a long illness. Predeceased by her parents, Michael and Adeline Lattuca (Lorelli), she leaves behind many loving family members and friends, including her son, Frank Robert Sanseri (Emma Barry); her sister, Cindy Lattuca Knope (Fran Knope); her granddaughter, Mare (formerly Piper) Sanseri; her roommate, friend, and caregiver, Evy Ann Heller; her niece, Sarah Knope (Jordan Bellanca); and her nephew, Matthew Knope (Jennie, Lilly, and Owen Knope); and many cousins.
Frannie was passionate about her family, and delighted in being a mom and grandmother. She was an eternal dreamer, a hopeful woman of the strongest character (definitely stubborn, like the rest of her family!), and an unwavering advocate for peace, love, and goodness in her life and the world. She loved good food, and especially her son’s cooking. She is already missed, but her legacy lives on in all of us who were supported, touched, and loved by her.
In place of a traditional wake and viewing hours, please join us for a memorial gathering and celebration of Fran’s life on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 4pm at the Lakefront Lodge at Webster Park, Webster, NY.
People are welcome to arrive as early as 3pm. Remarks and Eulogies will begin at 4pm, and a dinner buffet will begin at 5:30pm.
Then, please join us after dinner for Euchre, music, drinks, and memories. Dress is casual, and bright colors are encouraged (even tie-dyes!). Please come help us celebrate and say goodbye to our dear loved one.
In lieu of flowers, we respectfully ask for donations in her name and memory to one of the following causes she cared so much about: Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and Foodlink .
