Harley Marshall Dixon: April 14, 2022 at age 79. Harley is predeceased by his parents Marion and Richard and Grand Nephew Chauncy. He is survived by his son Darren (Maryjo), Granddaughter Tiffani, Sister Donna (Mark), niece Julie(Jason), nephew Glenn(Brooke), and Grand Nieces and Nephews; Max, Emma, Pierce, and Harris, also survived by his ex wife and friend Barbara, his girlfriend Carol, and numerous other friends and family including the 4 legged grand-dog Porkchop and dog niece Lady.
Harley retired from Fisons Pharmaceuticals after which he focused on his life long passion for aviation including building his Long ez kit plane. A life time Bills and golf fan he enjoyed watching the Bills finally have a couple good seasons. Harley enjoyed helping others with his vast knowledge of technology, home improvements, and General Harley know how. One of his favorite weekly activities was visiting Peppermints restaurant and enjoyed spending time with the staff and owner George. Harley was a proud Veteran and spoke frequently of his service in the Army National Guard.
Thank you to the staff at Wilmont Cancer center, and the Strong ICU for the remarkable care they provided for Harley. In particular he had a huge respect and admiration for his Oncologist Dr Jane Liesveld MD who helped him have the active quality of life he enjoyed for the past couple decades.
