Rochester, NY: April 1, 1933 – December 8, 2019. Predeceased by twin brother Charles. James is survived by wife of 59 years, Rosemarie; sons James (Lisa) and Mark (Moto); beloved grandchildren Jessica, Kurt, Jamie, Matthew; sister in -laws Josephine Rogers, Linda Delucia; 3 great-grand children and several nieces and nephews.
Jim was a car salesman and worked for many dealerships in Rochester with his twin brother Charlie, although work was never really his focus. His passion was to enjoy life. He was fun to be with and had a special way of making those around him laugh and smile. One of Jim’s favorite pastimes was “playing the ponies” at Finger Lakes Race Track. He wasn’t very good at it! What he was good at was loving and supporting his sons and grandkids. If you happen to be at one of his grand children’s sporting events, you would hear him yelling their name every time they would get close to him on the sidelines. Dad loved to lecture about life and had a great sense of humor.
James’ Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, December 23rd, 2019 from 10am – 12pm at Vineyard Church of Irondequoit, 2150 Portland Avenue, Rochester, NY 14617.
