Webster: March 23, 2017 at the age of 37. Predeceased by her grandparents Howard and Dorothy Conrow. Survived by her parents Peter and Donna Gaglio; husband Frank Russo; children Olivia, Frank, Cecilia; siblings Heather (Jeremy) Demar, Ian (Monique) Gaglio, Hannah (Christopher) Gaglio-Buckner and many loving family, nieces and nephews. Jessie worked as a records clerk for the Monroe County Sheriff’s office. She played the piano and guitar, enjoyed art and spending time with family and friends.
Services will be held on Monday, March 27th 6:00pm at the Webster Baptist Church located at 59 South Ave, Webster . In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Webster Comfort Care Home, 700 Holt Road, Webster, NY 14580 or Webster Baptist Church, 59 South Ave, Webster, NY 14580.
