Henrietta, NY – Passed away at age 77 on August 14, 2018. Jack was the loving husband of Florence for 52 years. He was preceded in death by his sister, Cathy Roberts. Jack is survived by his wife, Florence; daughter, Susan (Michael) TerHaar; son, Todd (Lisa); sister, Theresa (Robert) Eberts; and grandchildren, Mitchell (Brittany), Ryan, and Christopher TerHaar and Joshua and David Brown.
Those who wish may donate in Jack’s name to Henrietta Senior Center.
Friends and family can pay their respects at the celebration of life on Sunday, August 26 at 1:00 p.m. at Henrietta United Church Of Christ, 1400 Lehigh Station Road, Henrietta.
