She was loved and known by many.

She retired from Excellus Blue Cross and Blue Shield after many years of service. She was an avid bowler and the life of any party. She was a proud auxiliary member of the VFW Post #468. She loved Christmas more than anyone I’ve ever known. Her collection is extensive, and she loved to show it off at her annual “Open House after Christmas party.
I want to thank all that tried to save her life at the Wilmont Cancer Center. I would especially like to thank the awesome Visiting Nurse hospice care team that went above and beyond to ensure my Mom was comfortable and pain free for the last days of her life. My family would also like to thank those who came to visit Mom, dropped off meals, and provided support during this difficult time.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in Kathy’s name to the Wilmont Cancer Center and/or the VNH Home Care team.

Per Kathy’s final wishes there will be no funeral nor calling hours, instead she requested a celebration of her life to be held on April 4th, 2020 at Post #468 located on Dorsey Rd. in Greece, NY from 2pm-til.
