Rochester NY: October 27, 2015. Predeceased by her parents, Louis and Dorothy, sister and brother-in-law Catherine and Thomas Kwiatkowski, granddaughter Eloise Smith. Survived by her sons Justin and Troy Smith, and daughter-in-law Kati Smith; her sisters Donna (Skip) Schultz, and Michelle Bernola; brothers, Donald (Nancy) and Richard; several nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
The family will be holding a private memorial to honor her memory.
