Penfield, NY January 16, 2022 at age 76. Michael is survived by his son, Scott (Brandy), Granddaughter, Mattie, Brother-In-Law, Bruce Brone, Sister-In-Law, Katherine, many nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Brian, parents, Michael and Mary, brothers, Samuel and James, sister Marian Brone.
Michael loved sports, especially bowling and baseball. Bowling trophies decorated many shelves in his parents’ home. As a young man, Michael aka “Hawk” never let a baseball get by him. He cheered the New York Mets and never lost faith in them. He also enjoyed listening to all variations of Jazz music.
The family would like to express their appreciation for the care and love given to Michael by the Staff of the Penfield IRA @ARC Monroe where he resided. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to ARC Foundation of Monroe, 2060 Brighton-Henrietta Town Line Road, Rochester, NY 14623.
Michael’s Mass will be Celebrated Saturday, May 21st, 9AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, 2400 W. Ridge Road, Rochester NY 14626. Interment will follow Mass at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will follow Interment.
