Michael Joseph Toscano

d. October 11, 2022

Irondequoit, NY:  October 11, 2022 at age 61 after a valiant fight against heart disease, Mike died at home surrounded by family. Predeceased by his father, Michele Toscano. Survived by the love of his life, Andrea Toscano; three children: Tristan (Megann) Johnson, Graydon Johnson, Sara Johnson (Ben Cieslinski); grandchildren Isabella, Aiden, Gunner, Emma and Braydon; mother Helen Toscano; sisters Judy Toscano, Linda (Tom) Tette, Marlene (Ira) Stone and many nieces and nephews.

Mike graduated from East Ridge High School and worked at Logical Operations for many years in IT.

A big thank you to Strong Memorial Hospital Cardiac Unit and L-VAD team for their amazing knowledge and care through the years.

A special thanks to Mike’s brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ron and Carlene Kline, for their extraordinary support, love, comfort and many laughs. They are two exceptional people who were very close to Mike’s heart.

Mike put up a good fight, and even if he was having a bad day, he always had a smile on his face, was full of laughter, and was positive in any situation.

Mike felt education was important to his grandchildren and so in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in care of Andrea Toscano to put towards their future education.

Mike’s Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, December 16 th at 10:00am at Spiritus Christi Church, 121 Fitzhugh St N, Rochester, NY 14614.
