GREECE – Passed away peacefully at home on December 30th , 2019.
Predeceased by his parents, Willis & Lucienne Bockus, and siblings Lucienne Kreckman, Shirley Balistere and Raymond Bockus.
Bucky is survived by his wife and caretaker, Marlene LeBeau Bockus, his daughter, Nichole Bockus (Steve Schiller), granddaughters, Nevana and Olyvia; his siblings, Jacques (Joanne) Bockus, Joyce Angelo, Barbara Bockus, Robert (Robin) Bockus, Mary Jane Myshak, his in-laws, James (Susan) LeBeau, Donald (Christine) LeBeau, Michelle (Michael) Oakes, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Bucky was a wartime veteran of the Marines and upon his return from duty he worked at Kodak for many years. Upon leaving Kodak, Bucky worked at Mr. Dominic’s at the Lake until his unfortunate accident, which left him unable to continue working.
The family would like to give special thanks to his home nurse, Jen Cole, and aide, Delilah Doerr, for all
their support and care provided to Bucky.
Respecting Bucky’s wishes, there will be no services or celebration of his life. However, since Kentucky Derby Day was his favorite holiday, please take a minute to remember Bucky when placing your bets in May.
