Rochester, NY–December 16, 2023 at age 68. Rosalie is survived by her husband William Sr. and children Erika, Bonnie (Phouvilay), Shannon, Caitlyn, William Jr. (Alyssa), Dana, Anthony (Nicole) and grandchildren, Mary, Sami, Adam, Layla, Lena, Zane, Lilly, Dylan, Cody, Max, Hayden and Jackson.
Rosalie lived a full life in Rochester, NY and retired from Monroe County Department of Human Services after serving the community as a Senior Examiner. She was a longtime member of Victory Community Church and devoted much of her time to bible study and worship. In her spare time she loved to play pool and care for her dogs.
Rosalie’s life will be celebrated by her family and friends Sat., Dec. 23, 2023 from 3 p.m.–5 p.m. at her residence 100 McArdle St. Rochester, NY 14611. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Open Door Mission (www. opendoormission.com) .
