Kent, NY: Steven Charles Buckner passed away on March 10, 2019 after a long illness. He was born in Albion, New York on September 7, 1952. After serving in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam era, Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology in Computer Information Systems. Steve enjoyed golf, woodworking, cooking, and hunting.
Mr. Buckner is survived by his loving wife Laura of 43 years, son, Nicholas Buckner of Spencerport and daughter, Amanda Buckner of Greece; and friends.
There are no calling hours. A private ceremony was held at the family’s convenience. Donations in Steve’s memory may be sent to a charity of one’s choice.
