Frank went home to be with His Lord on December 2, 2021. He was born in Rochester NY in 1962. As a teen he volunteered with Y.O.U.T.H.A.R.C. working with mentally challenged children at the Al Segel Center. He also did presentations at local schools on what it was like to live with Cerebral Palsy. As an adult he was an officer and driving force for the Rochester Big Wheels Bowling League for the Handicapped. He enjoyed music, DJing for occasions like his stepson wedding, was an armature writer. And toward the end of his life he had great pleasure making latch hook rugs for family and friends.
Predeceased by His Father John E. O’Donnell, Mother Beverly (Smith) O’Donnell and Brother John Edward O’Donnell. Survived by Domestic Partner Denise Carmichael, Sisters Kathy (Michael) Snavely, Suzan (Christopher) Weiss and Mary Margaret (Michael) Goodenough. Step Sons James Gray and Jeremy (Amanda) Carmichael, Nephew Michael (Katie) Snavely and Niece Karen Snavely
