Rochester, NY: Thomas (Tom) Richard Minck born September 12, 1962, passed away peacefully at Strong Memorial Hospital, on March 22, 2019, at the age of 56. Tom was preceded in death by his mother, Janet Adams (Jones), nephew, Adam Wright, uncle, Walter Johnson and several extended family members.
He is lovingly survived by his sisters, Laurie Wright-Bunce (Mike), Judi VanderKamp (Ryan), and Kristine Mundt, aunt Shirley Johnson, uncle William Jones, nieces Christa VanderKamp, Danielle Bunce, Kassandra Mundt, nephews Michael Bunce Jr., Ethan and Tristyn VanderKamp, Nick and Norm Mundt, James Palmer, several loving cousins, and friends.
Tom enjoyed his career working as a grounds crew for Mount Hope Cemetery and Strong Memorial Hospital for many years, until he became disabled. He always loved his time outside. As well as spending time with his nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to gather for calling hours on Friday, March 29 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 at St. Anne’s Church, 1600 Mount Hope Avenue, Rochester. NY 14620. Immediately followed by his Funeral Mass. Interment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery. Reception in the Parish Hall. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to your favorite charity in Tom’s memory.
