Irondequoit, NY: Anna went to be with the Lord on March 10th at the age of 90. She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years Willy, sons – Gerald, Ralph, Reinhard (Peggy) and daughter Dianne (Thomas) Borrelli. Grand Children – Kyle, Gretchen, and Scott (Bozana), great grand children – Giana, Ethan, Colin, and Aiden. Several nieces and nephews both here and in Germany.
Anna is one of six girls and immigrated here from Weyersfeld, Germany in 1956 with her sister Irene. She met her husband at an English-speaking class. They loved to travel, not only back to their beloved Germany, but enjoyed several cruises including destinations from Amsterdam to Budapest. Their travels also took them to Japan, Hawaii, and the Grand Canyon just to name a few. Her favorite times were when they went to Walt Disney with their son Ralph. Anna was an amazing cook which her family can attest to. She loved to play cards, dominos, go bowling and had a green thumb when it came to gardening.
We will miss her forever.
A Celebration of Anna’s Life will be held at a later date.
