Arthur J Golder Jr (Aj), 67, of Conesus NY, passed away May 13, 2023.
He was born on April 20th, 1956, in Syracuse, NY. Son of the late Arthur Golder Sr and Kathleen Upton Golder. He is survived by his daughter, Alicia Cavigliano, and her husband Tony. Grandchildren, Wyatt, Norma, Doris, Layna, and Jonah of Livonia, NY.
Aj worked for Pittsford school district as a bus driver and adored his job, co-workers, and kids on his bus. # 585. He also worked for E-Z-Go textron in South Florida as a golf cart mechanic where he had a great friend, Ray Lupi.
Aj enjoyed being with his family and friends and visiting parks.
Aj will be remembered for his sarcastic sense of humor and love for his family.
AJ was one of the best, a rare breed. He loved his family unconditionally. I had to honor of knowing the softer side of this man, although he never would have admitted it. He gave his daughter the world, anything he could do, he did for her and than later for her children, his grand children. He lived his life for those he loved and never expected anything in return. Although he picked on me incessantly, I know he cared dearly. AJ will be missed by many, but his memory will live on for eternity through his daughter and grandchildren. Sending all my love and deepest condolences to the Golder / Cavigliano Family.
I worked at fastrac with AJ he was awesome and funny, a hard worker and a kind man.
I am very sad about AJ’s passing. I have had many nice conversations with him. The love that I have seen him show his daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren was special and never ending. He thought of them so often and the kids just adored him. We shared the five grandchildren so I witnessed firsthand how they felt about him and how he felt about them. Alicia and Tony took such good care of him and he reciprocated . He will be missed, and at the same time good memories will remain.
Godspeed,dear friend.
