Austin Carl Vetter, 29, passed away on 2/16/24. He was born on 05/26/94 in Warsaw to the late Ira Vetter and Christine (Stoddard) Vogel. Austin lived in Johnsonsburg, graduating from Attica High in 2012. He worked in the construction trade. An animal lover (Ceasar), he enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his Pa.
He was a loving son, and husband who took special pride in fatherhood with his girls. Austin is survived by his wife Rachael and his daughters Tessa, Ellie and Carly. Also surviving are his mother Christine Vogel, step father Reed Vogel, In laws Wendy and Mike Russell, Sister Iesha Vetter, Step siblings Brett (Brandon) Vogel, Jennifer (Mike) Vogel, Corey(Jessica) Vogel, Mike (Britannie) Vogel, Jamie Vogel, Alexis (Tyler) Zubek, Maddy (Nick) O’Neill; Paternal grandfather Norm (PA) Vetter, maternal grandfather Wesley (Greta) Stoddard; Maternal grandmother Cindy (Dale) Stoddard; Aunts Jody (Jeff) Comfort, Cindy (Dan) Bunch, Uncle Norm (Jodi) Vetter, Aunt Jessica (Tim) Eddinger. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. He was the son of the late Ira Vetter and grandson to the late Sharon Vetter.
Austin’s life will be celebrated on 03/03/2024 from 1-3pm at the North Java Firehall. In lieu of flowers, a gofundme page has been set up for his daughters.
