Survived by her Parents John & Esther Palermo; Husband Dave Sr.; Step- Children, Dave DeGrande Jr. (aka Lil Dave) & Samantha (James) Adams; Grandchildren, Jayden, Colin, & Armina; Twin Sister Melinda (Cliff) Baerwaldt; Brothers John (Loretta) Palermo, & Dean Palermo; Mother-in-law Marge DeGrande; Brother-in-Law Bob (Doreen) DeGrande; Sister -in-Law Brenda (Joe) Lodato; Auntie Carol Shultz, & many cherished nieces, nephews, & friends.
Belinda grew up in Alden N.Y. Belinda most enjoyed caring for others. She was dedicated to her Husband, family, & friends. She had a self-made home business which she thoroughly enjoyed & was proficient at. Belinda enjoyed cooking and going “junkin” to find those “hidden” treasures.
To truly know Belinda, would be the love & commitment between her & Dave, Husband of 22 years. The epitomy of true love will continue to be inspirational.
The Family will be holding a Memorial on April 22, 2023, from 2-5pm at Mill Landing Clubhouse, 100 Mill Landing, Rochester, N.Y. 14626. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: UR Medicine Hospice, 2180 Empire Blvd., Webster N.Y. 14580 Or the Charity of your Choice.

My heart goes out to her family, especially Dave. I would enjoy our conversations when she would be outside doing yard work or relaxing. That will be greatly missed while working delivering mail in the neighborhood. I grew up going to Alden School and was in The same class as Belinda and Melinda “84” I connected with Dean in the 2000’s Until I was involved in a horrific motorcycle accident which left me a quadriplegic. When I wasin the hospital at my absolutely lowest point of my life, l received a email from Belinda, praying for me and giving me words of incouragment… She was an absolute blessing and she will forever remain in my heart and prayers God bless you, Belinda 🙏 ❤️.
