Bernard Earl Tronkowski

Binghamton:  Bernard (Bernie) Earl Tronkowski, age 61, of Binghamton NY went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 6, 2015. He is survived by his wife Darlene, his parents Bernard and Betty J. Tronkowski, his daughter Carrie and son-in-law Jason, his brother Kevin and sister-in-law Karen, and his step-daughter Monica and son-in-law Brian. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Abigail, Alex, Patrick and Kellen, as well as aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He graduated from Maine-Endwell HIgh School with the Class of 1971 and was a three sport varsity athlete; playing soccer, basketball and baseball. Bernie had recently retired from UHS hospitals after being a loyal employee for 34 years. He was also an active sports referee and umpire for many years and enjoyed lots of things in life; especially fishing, his bowling league, golf and Philadelphia sports teams. He was a caring son, husband, father and grandpa and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 10, 2015 beginning at 10:30 AM at Northminster Presbyterian Church, Endwell NY. A Memorial Service will follow at noon in the sanctuary.
